September Winemakers Dinner, "An Ode to Harvest Season"

Join us for our September Winemaker's Dinner, "An Ode to Harvest Season". This six course meal with wine pairings from Marcus Sophia Winery has been designed by Chef Nicholas Thayse to highlight all the lovely seasonal flavors from the farm, forest, sea and vineyard! The menu is as follows:

POM Brie
Petite brie sautéed in a filo shell with pomegranate reduction

Heirloom Tomato Salad
Heirloom tomato, fricassee, watercress, lavender feta, white balsamic & herb vinaigrette

Harvest Risotto
Pumpkin risotto, roasted mushroom medley, black truffle bread crumbs, shaved Parmesan

Spiced Salmon
Roasted Salmon, 9 spice, candied orange, pickled cucumber and red onion, spiced pecans

Hen
Smoked Cornish game hen, blackberry glaze, sage cornbread stuffing

Affogato
Kona coffee ice cream drowned in espresso

There will only be one seating for this event at 6:30, and the event will last approximately 3 hours. So bring your appetite and your friends!!
