Holiday Bubbly Dinner - 12 Course Pairing

Chef Chad Bergman is teaming up with a sommelier to create a spectacular Twelve Course Dinner paired with Bubbly. What a fun way to end 2017 and ring in the New Year!
This extravagant affair will highlight beautiful bubbly from Around the World, paired with a world class, multi-course, gourmet menu featuring: local NW seafood, local beef, house charcuterie, desserts prepared by our own Pastry Chef, Natalie Vorpahl, and so much more. (Substitutions politely declined.)
Event is $88 per person plus tax. That does not include gratuity. Includes Chef-prepared 12 Course Dinner and 6 sommelier suggested Bubbly tastings. There will be only one seating time available at 6pm. Your ticket purchase is a non-refundable deposit of HALF the event price. The remaining half will be due at the time of the event and may be paid with credit card or cash.
We ask that you politely arrive 10-15 minutes prior to 6pm as we will be seating you with an entire group of people who will be starting all at the same time.
