Winemaker's Dinner featuring NHV, Naches Heights Vineyard

Join us at Kelly's Mercantile for our once a month Winemaker's Dinner series. Tuesday, June 13th, we are featuring Naches Heights Vineyard. This five course meal paired with NHV wine will be a night to remember. Winemaker, Phil Cline will be sharing stories from his vineyard and talking about each wine paring. And Chef Chad Bergman will tantalize your taste buds with this menu:
1st Course
Crostini Two Ways: House Made Butter and Prosciutto, Lox, Creme Fraiche
2nd Course
Tuna Tartar:
Local Albacore, Avocado, Chile, Lime, Salt-cured Egg Yolks, Crispy Wontons
3rd Course
Pan Seared Duck Breast:
Roasted Baby Beets, Chicory, Chanterelle Mushroom, Beet Puree, Apple Cider Glaze
4th Course
Grilled Lamb Chop:
Ramp Pesto, Smoked Heirloom Tomatoes, Pickled Shallots, Rosemary Ash
5th Course
Peaches and Cream:
French Vanilla Ice Cream, Grilled Peach, Pralines, Salted Caramel
