Brewer's Dinner featuring Eel River Brewing Co.

Join us for our once-a-month Brewer's Dinner Series with Eel River Brewing, America's First Certified Organic Brewery. We are so excited to introduce you to their delicious beer! This will be a great night of community, and exploring new food and beer pairings. 

Chef Chad Bergman will be pairing a five course dinner with five beers from Eel River. Limited Seating. Tickets must be purchased in advance. The Menu Includes:

1st Course ~ Amber Ale paired with Pretzel Sticks - Fire Roasted Jalapeno, Prosciutto and Amber Ale Beer Cheese Dip

2nd Course ~ California Blonde Ale paired with Shrimp Ceviche - Avocado, Chiles, Cilantro, Green Onions, Blonde Ale and Citrus Marinade

3rd Course ~ Organic IPA paired with Cheese Plate - Petit Brie, Candied Beer Nuts, Local Organic Honey, Crostini

4th Course ~ Ravens Imperial Stout paired with Smoked Porchetta - Rosemary, Sage, Fennel, Apples and Imperial Stout Reduction

5th Course ~ Acai Berry Wheat Ale paired with Mixed Berry Tart - Whipped Cream Cheese Filling and Acai Berry Wheat Ale Caramel

Porchetta is Pork loin wrapped with pork belly. Herbs will be on the inside. Please email info@kellysmercantile.com with any food allergy concerns prior to purchasing your tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and can be purchase on-line or in person at 1444 Cole St.
